Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Facility Assistant Lead para unirse a nuestro equipo:
**Zona de trabajo**: Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
**Horario de trabajo**: lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs ó de 8:00 a 17:00 hs.
**Modalidad de trabajo**: Presencial.
**Tipo de contratación**: Tiempo indeterminado.
Este rol es responsable de coordinar y supervisar soft y hard services del sitio, así como realizar actividades administrativas, de acuerdo con al plan de mantenimiento establecidos.
¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Coordinación y control de Soft y Hard Services en el sitio (limpieza, Insumos, mantenimiento edilicio, entre otros).
Coordinación de envío y control de documentación de proveedores para su ingreso al sitio.
Solicitud de pedidos y seguimiento de órdenes de compra.
Atención de reclamos de clientes internos.
Tareas administrativas generales de los servicios gestionados.
Se requiere
Estudiante o graduado de carrera universitaria o estudios afines.
1-2 años de experiência en tareas de gestión administrativas, de presupuesto y proveedores.
La experiência en facility management será valorada.
Habilidades de atención al cliente.
