About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Enterprise Account Manager to help us strengthen key partnerships and unlock long‑term growth. You’ll play a central role in negotiating strategic agreements, supporting partner success, and driving impactful business outcomes through collaboration and strong operational follow‑through. What You’ll Do Lead commercial negotiations and contribute to closing strategic deals Manage day‑to‑day relationships with a portfolio of high‑value partners Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives that enhance results Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to solve challenges and accelerate progress Support conversations on commercial terms, promotions, and operational improvements What You’ll Need 4+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, sales, or similar customer‑facing roles Experience leading negotiations and influencing strategic outcomes Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action Ability to prioritize multiple projects while working in a dynamic and fast‑moving environment Bonus Points Experience working with mid‑market or enterprise clients in a tech‑driven business Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels Experience managing commercial terms, performance metrics, or promotion planning A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and drive to continuously learn and grow Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
