A Day In The Life As the go‑to expert in client meetings, you will break down strategy, performance, and next steps with clarity and confidence. You will own daily client communication, manage projects end‑to‑end, and drive strategic account planning rooted in data. Your day will involve understanding performance levers across channels, spotting optimization opportunities, and turning insights into smart recommendations while applying best‑practice across every channel. Responsibilities Lead clients that predominantly focus on Google and Meta ads. Lead day‑to‑day client activity that drives growth, including client communication & education, project management for campaign execution, planning and thought leadership. Monitor and analyze account activity (e.g., volumes, KPIs, incidents, trends). Work with cross‑functional teams at Cardinal to create innovative strategies that maximize program performance. Manage client and agency team expectations and remove roadblocks to success. Lead client meetings to discuss program optimization, execution, and best practices. Ensure day‑to‑day implementation of project deliverables is client‑ready. Role Requirements 3+ years of experience with a marketing agency managing digital programs. Experience working with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources and an understanding of related deliverables. Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever‑changing needs and schedules. Proven project management skills with an understanding of processes and quality assurance/control. Proactive and thrives in creating new opportunities where none currently exist. Must be able to travel from time to time. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven experience in growing client accounts and agency business.
