The Position Gestionar de forma integral el acompañamiento de pacientes desde el enrolamiento hasta el final del tratamiento, garantizando una experiencia eficiente, humana y alineada a los estándares del programa. Como parte de nuestro equipo, actuarás como nexo entre el paciente, los profesionales de salud, financiadores y proveedores, promoviendo activamente la adherencia terapéutica. La Oportunidad Lideras el punto de contacto principal para el paciente, coordinando su enrolamiento y monitoreando su evolución en el sistema CRM. Asesoras a los pacientes en la gestión de documentación y resolución de barreras ante financiadores para facilitar el acceso al tratamiento. Supervisas la logística de servicios, incluyendo enfermería y traslados, asegurando los más altos estándares de calidad. Colaboras transversalmente con diversas áreas del programa para optimizar procesos y generar reportes de impacto. Garantizas el cumplimiento normativo y la confidencialidad de datos sensibles en todas las interacciones del sistema. Impulsas la mejora continua mediante la participación activa en reuniones de equipo y la identificación de eficiencias operativas. Quién Eres Cuentas con formación profesional (licenciatura o grado) en Trabajo Social o áreas de la salud como Enfermería, Nutrición o Psicología. Posees un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia previa en roles similares de gestión de pacientes o programas de soporte. Demuestras un sólido conocimiento del sistema de salud y manejo de herramientas CRM. Te comunicas de manera efectiva en inglés (nivel intermedio) y posees habilidades en el manejo de Excel o Gsheets. Te destacas por tu aplicabilidad de empatía, capacidad de resolución de problemas y un enfoque orientado al bienestar del paciente. Preferible Experiencia previa en la industria farmacéutica o en programas de soporte a pacientes (PSP) de alta complejidad. **Los beneficios de reubicación no están disponibles para esta vacante.
