CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Only an hour away is Branson that includes many shows to see, Silver Dollar City and shopping About the department: The nursing team at Citizens Memorial Hospital—Intensive Care/ Progressive Care Unit strive to SERVE in the care we provide to patients, families and each other. A typical day includes: Assisting with or performing patient activities of daily living, encouraging independent functioning when appropriate. Responding promptly to patient/ staff requests for assistance. Assisting with keeping the patient rooms and department neat and clean. Notifying licensed nursing personnel promptly of any change in patient status or condition. Job Requirements: Education: HS diploma Experience: It is a plus to have experience as a Nurse Assistant as well as some background in ICU setting. No experience needed. We provide on-the-job training It is a plus if you are certified as a nurse assistant. Skills: Good Communication Skills, Patience, Attention to detail, Flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills, Willing to learn and be a valuable person for the department. Licensure/Certification: N/A Physical: ability to work at a fast pace with about 90% of the day consisting of walking. The position is Full-Time, Nights.
