Our Team The Value & Access Manager (V&A) is responsible for the development and implementation of the local market access strategy for all key assets, working closely with the country cross-functional team and Global Market Access Team. The V&A is accountable for all Market Access projects and deliverables adaptation to the country requirements within the timelines, including Product Value proposition, RWE, epidemiology, economic evidence and publication plan, in support of the optimal local market access strategy, in accordance with the global evidence plan. Main Responsibilities Lead Market Access Strategy Development Manage Reimbursement & Access Stakeholder Engagement Cross-functional Collaboration Healthcare System Intelligence Quality & Compliance Management Strategic Patient Access About You Education: University degree in Health Sciences or related area. Business, Economics, Management, Commercialization. Postgraduate, MSc, PhD in Health Economics, Health technology assessment is desirable. Experience & knowledge: +2 years’ experience in managerial positions within the pharmaceutical industry in Market Access/RWE/HEOR/Pricing areas (outstanding candidates with academic experience in healthcare decision sciences or public health of +4 years will be considered) Argentinean Health Care system deep understanding + Knowledge of Chile Health care system (desirable) Good level of reading, spoken and written English Strong analytical skills Ability to understand, critically assess & synthesize scientific medical literature Strategic thinking, business acumen Experience leading cross-functional teams Better is out there.
