**Value & Access Pricing Manager**:
As Pricing Manager, you will be a key member of the Value, Access & Policy (VAP) Team, reporting directly to the VAP Director, with responsibilities spanning the entire range of products with key focus in Biosimilars. You will have very good transparency to senior management locally and globally.

The Pricing manager is a key member in the optimization and value maintain despite the ongoing pricing pressures being the responsible for pricing governance for the full portfolio.

Additionally, will be responsible for the access strategies for Biosimilars.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement robust pricing strategies for all products.
- Provide the strategic input on budget and LRS assumptions in pricing perspective and take responsibility for consolidation of pricing assumptions
- Work closely with Global colleagues to create alignment and value (i.e. CRB definition)
- Review pricing proposal and support brand team to develop proven argument with a clear understanding on brand pricing strategy
- Develop cross-functionally reimbursement strategies to optimize the value of our portfolio
- Closely monitor changes in external pricing and reimbursement environment, identify potential opportunities and challenges, and make recommendations for how best to respond
- Develop Biosimilars plan to gain accessibility for Biosimilars brand + innovation. Responsible for launching BCs.
- Work with Marketing, Finance, and other functions to ensure business plans and forecasts incorporate the latest pricing and reimbursement assumptions

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Experience working in pharmaceutical pricing in Argentina for at least 3 years
- Strong financial background to support a healthy business.
- Strong understanding of pricing and reimbursement system
- Strong understanding healthcare system and policy formulation process
- Works collaboratively and constructively within cross-functional team

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Logical thinking, creative, willingness to bring forward new and different approaches
- Enjoys new challenges and becomes comfortable with responsibility
- Knowledge of key financial KPIs (top line)
- Fluency in local language and business English
- Good oral and written communication
