Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document business requirements. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and specifications. Conduct business process modeling, create process flow diagrams, and generate applicable scenarios for technical functionalities. Assess change proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals. Work closely with development teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy‑in. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions. Support Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Requirements Proven experience creating User Stories and detailed specifications. Strong knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, including use case development and process/functional requirements definition. Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Ability to problem‑solve and propose resourceful, forward‑thinking solutions. Familiarity with process improvement frameworks and methodologies. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Soft Skills Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, mid‑level management, and executives. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams. Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
