Senior Business Analyst / Functional Analyst (Business Intelligence) About The Role As a Senior Business Analyst / Functional Analyst (BI), you will make an impact by translating business needs into actionable BI requirements and contributing to the design of effective data and visualization solutions. You will be a valued member of our Business Intelligence team, collaborating closely with developers, product leaders, and client stakeholders across Latin America and global teams. In This Role, You Will Lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements in partnership with client stakeholders. Define functional specifications and acceptance criteria to ensure accurate, high‑quality BI deliverables. Analyze business data, KPIs, and processes to support solution design and decision‑making. Design and validate BI solutions across data layers (SQL, data modeling) and visualization tools (Qlik Sense / Power BI). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment to support BI development and deployment. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days a week in a client office located in Munro, Buenos Aires Province . What You Need To Have To Be Considered 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in BI or Analytics projects. Strong ability to translate business needs into functional and analytical requirements. Hands‑on experience with SQL and BI visualization tools (Qlik Sense and/or Power BI). Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills. Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including client‑facing interactions. Advanced English (oral and written), required for regional and global communication. Experience working in agile methodologies. These Will Help You Stand Out Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience supporting regional or global BI solution implementations. Knowledge of data modeling and BI best practices.
