Job Responsibilities Develop and interpret information that assists management with decision‑making, policy formulation, management of growth projections, and other managerial functions. Analyze data from various sources to compile a comprehensive picture of the overall business operational performance on weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences. Develop recommendations and prepare written and oral presentations to management. Implement regular data, governance and hygiene/quality processes for support. Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency, and find opportunities for improvement. Develop performance measurements and analytical tools to improve operations. Coordinate revenue and budgeting processes; establish high levels of quality, efficiency, and consistency. Establish effective analysis of business trends and performance to identify greater efficiencies while managing and understanding process bottlenecks throughout the entire lifecycle. Collaborate with business partners and cross‑functional teams to define reporting, best practices and standard operating procedures. Analyze revenue tracking and reporting against submitted forecasts, highlighting significant variances for teams and senior management. Continuously assess resource management and make recommendations to ensure optimal support model. Qualifications BA/BS Degree required. Experience with a digital and/or technology company is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, analyzing large data sets with the ability to own and drive independent cross‑functional analysis projects, working across multiple online and offline data sources. Operations support or equivalent experience (e.g., from consulting or an agency); could include Finance, Business Operations, Strategy, Sales, Sales Operations, Account Management, Sales Planning, Ad Operations, or Consulting. Proven experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing complex data to provide measurable, actionable insights and recommendations (providing clear and concise feedback). Experience preparing and presenting reports, ROI analysis, forecasts, trends, and recommendations to the team and senior management; experience seeing beyond numbers to drive sound decision‑making from complex datasets. Able to influence without authority, and serve as a trusted advisor to internal partners and teams (including C‑Level executives). Project management experience, including establishing a project vision and shipping through execution and coordination with cross‑functional partners. Extremely well‑organized, accountable, and capable of handling multiple projects and ad‑hoc requests simultaneously with a high attention to detail. Ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a fast‑paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, work to tight deadlines, and contribute to a high‑impact and dynamic environment. Must have stellar written, oral, and visual communication skills for executive‑level communications. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and other support tools a plus. Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tool a plus. Some analytical modeling and data optimization experience. Natural ability to tell a compelling story using data‑driven insights.
