Finance Business Analyst - South Cone Join to apply for the Finance Business Analyst - South Cone role at Kimberly‑Clark. Job Description In this role you will provide insightful analysis, forward‑thinking recommendations, and financial advice to develop and implement category plans that drive profitable growth across the Cluster/Market. In This Role, You Will Contribute to Net Sales and Operating Profit through proactive analysis, idea generation, recommendations, and implementation activities that result in clear and significant profit improvement. Actively participate in the formulation of business strategies and plans. Provide business and technical knowledge, timely and insightful financial analytics and recommendations to ensure category strategic and financial objectives are achieved. Identify opportunities to accelerate organic growth, add value to the category, and deliver sustainable profitability. Champion the implementation of advanced analytics to bring relevant internal and external factors into analysis and decision‑making. Coordinate, review, and complete financial evaluations of capital investment proposals to ensure timely and profitable business decisions. Prepare and evaluate category business plans and analyze P&Ls and balance sheets to ensure profitable operations. Support ad‑hoc financial analyses and activities as directed. Track monthly progress against targets, provide timely visibility of gaps and potential deviations versus quarterly and full‑year projections, and offer insightful analysis of key metrics. Minimum Requirements Graduate of Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in similar roles. Experience in budgeting, reporting, and data management. Analytical, autonomous, and organized profile. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Intermediate English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Revenue Management and P&L. Experience with Power BI. Proficiency in SAP.
