Trading Services Analyst

Join to apply for the Trading Services Analyst role at JPMorganChase As a Trading Services Analyst, you’ll serve as a vital resource for the front office and client‑facing stakeholders. You’ll act as the liaison between the business, technology, control partners, and operations. Your role includes the investigation of inquiries, monitoring trade execution flows, trade reconciliations, and the fundamental understanding of our trading platforms and systems. Candidates must be able to provide and communicate solutions (in person, by phone, and by email) in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Responsibilities Upload market data to different risk management systems Perform reconciliations against market sources Perform numerous control reconciliations to verify trading positions are accurate through front office to middle office reconciliations, middle office to back‑office reconciliations Investigate and provide solutions to various queries from settlements and confirmations Produce management statistics Complete operations projects and ad‑hoc requests to satisfy new initiatives and operations/technology enhancements (new system implementations) This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: Strong logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo Process flow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlined Previous experience in Finance industry (operations roles) is preferred Availability to work from 10 am to 8 pm Excellent written and oral communication skills Perform daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills and independent thinking Strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together Qualifications 2 – 3 years of financial industry experience Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred In‑depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies Highly disciplined, a self‑starter, and the ability to execute on assignments independently A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high‑level of professionalism Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem‑solving skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to communicate with all levels within the Line of Business Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required Benefits Generous vacation, exam and parental leave Support for parents, including Family Network that provides support to parents and caregivers, lactation room on premise, and paid day care for your children up to 6 years old Medical coverage for you and your family, including domestic partners Employee Assistance Program which provides personal and confidential advisory on psychological, financial and legal matters Wellness programs – e.g. yoga, stretching and mindfulness classes delivered on premises Language classes, mentorship programs and customized trainings Platform for employee discounts in Buenos Aires Many others that will be presented to you if you join the team About Us J.P.
