Overview We are looking for a hands‑on and strategic Sales Manager to join our Buenos Aires team. The role involves handling travel requests from start to finish—from building tailor‑made proposals to managing confirmed files and coordinating with suppliers and the operations team. This position is key to ensuring quality, profitability, and success for every file you manage. Responsibilities Client Relations & Commercial Development Manage the entire sales cycle: from the request to the operation of confirmed files Develop and grow a portfolio of B2B clients: loyalty building and new business development Maintain regular contact with key accounts and identify new opportunities Participate in pricing strategies, relaunches, and promotional efforts Represent the company in trade fairs, webinars, and sales tours Quotation, Negotiation & Production Prepare tailor‑made travel quotations and creative programs Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive rates and optimise margins Lead communication with clients throughout the quoting and confirmation stages Coordinate internally with operations for file transitions and logistics Handle operations tasks when needed: booking hotels, excursions, transfers, etc. Sales Strategy, Reporting & Market Analysis Contribute to commercial strategy, pricing policy, and conversion tracking Prepare regular sales reports in coordination with General Management Analyse market trends and competitor offers to remain ahead of the curve Team Leadership & Structure Support the General Manager in structuring and guiding the sales team (in creation) Organise project timelines and prioritise urgencies across files Train and onboard future sales executives Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the travel industry, ideally in a DMC or tour operator Full proficiency in Spanish, French and English; German or Portuguese is a plus Deep knowledge of Latin America and tailor‑made travel services (knowledge of SIC, Series & Groups is a plus) Strong negotiation and communication skills Proactive, solution‑oriented, and highly organised Familiar with tools such as Toursys, Travel Exchange, Excel, and CRM platforms Conditions & Benefits Be a key player in a growing international company with a start‑up spirit Shape both the sales and operational delivery of unforgettable travel experiences Work in a dynamic, multicultural, and supportive team Enjoy flexibility, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow with us Constraints Work on weekends and public holidays Benefits Recovery days #J-18808-Ljbffr
