Service Quality Lead Latam

Responsibilities Leading, defining and implementing strategic quality initiatives in sub-regional service. Advise business on their quality metrics, while providing recommendation for improvement. Ensure the quality performance is understood by sub-regional Service. Sub-regional Service point of contact for Quality, including escalation of compliance issues. Support sharing of best practice in sub-regional Service through knowledge transfer across the value chain. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in Quality. Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner. Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 Standard. Expertise and understanding of Service Quality processes. Experience of data analysis, with knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies, monitoring of results and implementing solutions. Communication cooperation and stakeholder management skills, experience in working in complex large matrixed organizations. Fluent in English. Competences Act as contact person to Head of Regional Service Quality function and sub-regional Service organization. Support Service in reaching their Quality business goals. Good communication.
