En el equipo Personal Flow , estamos sumando un Systems Engineer , cuya misión será diseñar, validar y optimizar soluciones técnicas que garanticen la calidad, escalabilidad y performance de los servicios digitales que ofrecemos a millones de personas. Buscamos protagonistas que se animen a: Transformar ideas y necesidades del negocio en soluciones técnicas claras, escalables y sostenibles. Diseñar flujos y arquitecturas funcionales que orienten la implementación de soluciones de alto impacto. Participar activamente en el discovery y refinamiento de historias de usuario, asegurando su viabilidad técnica. Acompañar al equipo en el delivery, resolviendo dudas técnicas y promoviendo la coherencia entre componentes. Ser referentes técnicos dentro del squad, impulsando buenas prácticas de ingeniería y calidad. Colaborar con equipos de Frontend, Backend y Mobile para asegurar una experiencia cross-device consistente. Documentar decisiones técnicas de forma clara y accesible. Identificar riesgos técnicos y proponer planes de mitigación que aseguren entregas confiables y de calidad. Y cuenten con estas experiencias y habilidades: Conocimiento en diseño de soluciones cross-device (Web, Mobile, STV) y coordinación entre equipos técnicos. Manejo de patrones de arquitectura y buenas prácticas de ingeniería (testing, CI/CD, TDD, clean code). Definición y monitoreo de KPIs técnicos o métricas de performance. Experiencia en productos digitales de alto tráfico o plataformas de contenido / streaming. Pensamiento sistémico, con capacidad para comprender el impacto técnico y funcional de cada decisión. Comunicación efectiva, para traducir conceptos técnicos a lenguaje funcional y facilitar el trabajo colaborativo. Proactividad y ownership, con orientación a la resolución, anticipación de problemas y empuje de iniciativas. Foco en la calidad y los resultados, con mirada crítica y compromiso con la mejora continua. Confiamos y creemos en las personas como diferencial en la entrega de valor a nuestros clientes.
