Account Manager We are looking for a talented and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, understanding their business objectives, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and resolving any customer issues in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building and nurturing long‑term relationships. Understand customers’ business objectives, challenges, and requirements to identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling our software solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. Develop and execute a strategic account plan for each assigned customer, identifying growth opportunities and revenue targets. Actively prospect for new business within assigned accounts and expand our footprint by identifying and engaging new stakeholders. Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to customers, addressing any technical challenges or inquiries they may have. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments related to our software solutions. Conduct competitive analysis to understand our unique value proposition and differentiate our offerings in the market. Provide feedback and insights to the product development team based on market intelligence and customer needs. About you Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in a Sales, Account Manager or BDR position preferably in the software industry. Strong understanding of software solutions, IT infrastructure, and related technologies. Advanced/native English is a must, as you will be using it daily to engage with native customers. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Experience using/selling RDP and remote access solutions is a plus. You must be familiar or excited about startups with broad responsibilities, busy, dynamic environments, and very willing to learn new skills and technologies Why you’ll love working with us A dynamic company that rewards high performers.
