The IT Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering high-quality technical support while contributing to technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This position balances hands‑on end‑user support with structured project execution, technology advocacy, and process optimization, ensuring a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment. General Objectives Provide timely and effective technical support to all internal users. Ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of IT services and infrastructure. Participate in and lead technology‑related projects aligned with business objectives. Act as a technology advocate, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities IT Support & Operations Provide Level 2 (SSR) technical support for hardware, software, and endpoint‑related issues. Manage and resolve tickets through the help desk system, ensuring proper prioritization and SLA compliance. Collaborate with other IT team members to define, document, and improve support procedures and best practices. Deliver user training sessions for new technologies, tools, and software applications. Troubleshoot and support Microsoft‑based environments (Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure AD). Technical Skills Strong experience with Microsoft technologies and environments. Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Analytics (required). Experience with Azure services, specifically Storage Accounts and Virtual Machines. Hands‑on experience with backup tools and data protection processes (endpoint, server, or cloud backups). Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, remote support tools, and infrastructure services (backup, directory services). Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and basic scripting is a plus. Experience supporting Autodesk environments is. Education Degree or studies in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
