Sales Representative Oncology ( Córdoba) AstraZeneca Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina Responsable de generar demanda clínica de las franquicias incluidas dentro de la grilla promocional como Sales Rep Oncología. Será responsable de identificar de manera proactiva oportunidades de negocios, presentando propuestas de valor alineadas con las necesidades y objetivos de los principales actores clave del negocio y brindando soluciones para el desarrollo del negocio. Funciones Principales Realizar la promoción en clínicas, consultorios particulares, hospitales e instituciones, asegurando implementar las estrategias definidas por AstraZeneca. Mantener actualizado el conocimiento en el área de su trabajo en lo relacionado a patologías involucradas, productos AstraZeneca y de la competencia, así como el perfeccionamiento constante de las habilidades de comunicación en ventas. Es responsable de concretar la penetración, desarrollo, evolución y crecimiento de los productos que promociona. Asegurar el adecuado cumplimiento de normas corporativas y políticas internas (Compliance, Business Code of Conduct) Generar y consolidar sólidas relaciones a largo plazo con los médicos de cada zona, clientes indirectos: droguerías, jefes de farmacias y auditores médicos de obras sociales Provinciales, Sindicales y Privadas de su zona de influencia Análisis del potencial prescriptivo por especialista y penetración de los competidores. Deberá tener capacidad de análisis del mercado, los datos demográficos y la información relativa a los mercados administrados con el fin de conocer en profundidad el territorio de ventas asignado. Identificar y establecer lazos sólidos con los Líderes de Opinión de cada zona / institución Establecer prioridades, objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos desafiantes, planificar actividades zonales e itinerarios de trabajo y fomentar el trabajo en equipo. Requisitos Experiencia dentro de la industria farmacéutica, en líneas de Oncología, mínimo de 5 años. Agente de Propaganda Medica (con Matrícula). Carrera Universitaria (Deseable).
