And we are inviting you to join us on this exciting journey Hey there We’re looking for a proactive, client-focused, and highly organized Account Manager to join our Managed Service team. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their UGC and influencer marketing campaigns run smoothly from onboarding to final delivery. This role blends client relationship management, project coordination, and digital marketing execution, working closely with our Influencer Marketing Managers, Creative Strategists, Motion Designers, and Paid Media Specialists. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, love building strong client relationships, and have a deep understanding of digital marketing and influencer campaigns, this role is for you This role is full‑time, fully remote, and requires availability from 9 am to 6 pm EST. Who are we looking for? Required 2+ years in account management, client success, or project management, ideally in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing role. Strong digital marketing expertise, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social. Exceptional project management & organizational skills—able to handle multiple campaigns at once. Excellent client communication & relationship‑building skills—proactive, empathetic, and solutions‑driven. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with cross‑functional teams. Detail‑oriented with a problem‑solving mindset, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. Bonus points Experience working in a startup or fast‑growing company. Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or paid media strategies.
