Customer Support Coordinator (USD - Remote) Location: Remote Position: Full time - only days free Salary: 1000 - 1100usd per month Position Overview We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join the team and act as a key link between guests and internal operations. This role combines customer support (approximately 40%) with coordination and operational decision-making responsibilities (approximately 60%). The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, a calm and proactive mindset, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment. This person will work closely with internal teams (operations, cleaning, inspections) to ensure a smooth guest experience while following established processes and decision frameworks. Main Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact between guests and the internal team across multiple channels (Airbnb platform, WhatsApp Business, email, and other tools). Ensure timely and professional responses to guest inquiries, maintaining platform response‑time standards. Follow up on conversations and requests until they are fully resolved, ensuring no open threads are left unattended. Coordinate daily operations, including check‑ins, early check‑in requests, inspections, and cleaning schedules. Make operational decisions within defined guidelines and escalating when necessary. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and operational impact. Communicate clearly with internal team members to coordinate actions and manage expectations. Maintain accurate follow‑ups on tasks, deadlines, and operational requests. Remain calm and effective during high‑demand or high‑stress operational moments. Support weekend operations and ensure service continuity during shift changes. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar guest‑facing role. 2 years of experience coordinating tasks or working closely with operational teams. Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and calmly. High level of organization, follow‑through, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously. Comfortable working with messaging platforms, booking platforms, and task management tools. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Able to work early morning hours aligned with European time zones. A proactive, responsible, and solution‑oriented mindset.
