We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager for our Legal Managed Services, Contracts team to support the delivery of contracting services and regulatory monitoring in collaboration with KPMG member firm Legal teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of contracting services and regulatory monitoring. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with senior management, mentor junior team members, and contribute to improving processes to ensure compliance with client and project standards. Key Responsibilities: Operational: Manage contract lifecycle, including assembly, review, search, extraction, comparison, aggregation, post‑signature management, including obligations, deadlines, and compliance, and storage Competently use AI tools and CLM software to improve contract service efficiency Ensure contracting and monitoring work adheres to SLAs/KPIs Lead regulatory monitoring efforts Identify and monitor relevant regulations, assess their impact, and update policies accordingly Manage compliance risks and report these to management Leadership: Assess and improve deliverable quality Facilitate process, tool, and methodology improvements Mentor and train junior team members Ensure adherence to project deadlines Collaborate with management to align review processes with organizational goals Organizational: Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment of review processes Monitor team performance and compliance Develop training programs for the team Track KPIs and report metrics to management Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law 3-5 years of experience in a legal setting, with a strong focus on contract management and document review Experience of working in a large multinational or Big 4 accounting firm, preferred Understanding of contract lifecycle management and regulatory compliance, with knowledge of European and international regulations would be an asset Proficiency in using AI tools and legal management software Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Fluency in English (C1 level minimum, written and spoken, or equivalent) Ability to think and work across different legal jurisdictions Strong organizational and project management skills Proven leadership and mentorship abilities Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with a strong results orientation Ability to work with and report to senior management #J-18808-Ljbffr
