Responsabilidades Diseñar, implementar y optimizar la estrategia de marketing integral (marca, contenidos, posicionamiento y campañas). Liderar la creación y distribución de contenido propio enfocado en generación de demanda y visibilidad de marca. Investigar y aplicar nuevas tácticas y enfoques innovadores para la generación de leads y la conversión de prospectos en clientes. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de prospección outbound, inbound y ABM, en coordinación con el equipo comercial. Medir el rendimiento de campañas y acciones (KPI de marketing) y proponer mejoras continuas basadas en datos. Administrar el uso, actualización y gestión del CRM, asegurando su integración con procesos de prospección, nurturing y ventas. Colaborar con el equipo comercial para alinear procesos y maximizar la eficiencia en la generación y conversión de leads. Coordinar y optimizar flujos de trabajo para un correcto onboarding de nuevos clientes y continuidad con los equipos de servicio. Requisitos +4 años de experiencia en marketing B2B, idealmente en agencias, consultoras digitales, SaaS o empresas de servicios orientadas a otras empresas. Experiencia comprobable en generación de demanda (outbound, inbound y/o ABM). Manejo avanzado de herramientas de CRM y automatización. Capacidad para liderar iniciativas de alto impacto con balance entre estrategia y ejecución. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, colaboración interáreas y gestión de proyectos. Mentalidad de crecimiento, autonomía y foco en resultados. Nivel avanzado de inglés (oral y escrito). Disponibilidad para asistir a eventos presenciales.
