As a Head of Growth Marketing, you will be at the heart of crafting data-driven forecasts and executing strategies that push our clients toward their goals. Your actions and initiatives consistently resonate with the core values of CTC Global, serving as a beacon for these principles. Responsibilities Craft data-driven forecasts and execute strategies to push clients toward their goals. Foster strong client relationships by clearly communicating steps taken and results compared to projections. Represent and advocate for CTC's distinctive approach to media acquisition and its accompanying tools. Requirements AUTODIDACT: Naturally curious and able to absorb information quickly and effectively. UNIMPEACHABLE CHARACTER: Embodies a character that inspires pride in both personal and professional associations. COMPETITIVE GREATNESS: Performs at their best when it matters most and demonstrates an unyielding determination to get things done. What Success Looks Like Achieve certification and confidence in our ideology by the end of the kick off. Consistently deliver high-accuracy performance within a 5% delta across the Prophet system's Growth Map and Statlas. Lead and collaborate with your team to optimize productivity and maintain high-performance standards. Next-Level Skills Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with a proven ability to communicate persuasively and present ideas clearly. Great Data Analysis skills: Strong raw talent for data analysis, with an eagerness to learn and improve. Past Experience: Historical expertise that compounds to bring a well-rounded perspective and adds value to the role. What's in it for You? SALARY RANGE: First month: $2,000, Second month: $4,000, Third month (on average): $7,000 a month.
