About the Role: Telos Media is currently seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team and support the Head of Recruitment in identifying and securing top creative talent across multiple YouTube-first brands. This is a pivotal role in our company’s growth, and we’re looking for someone with either a background in creative industries or a deep passion for YouTube and the creator economy. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and deeply invested in digital culture. You\'ll play a key role in shaping the teams behind some of the most exciting content on the platform today. Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for creative and operational roles across YouTube-first brands—from sourcing and outreach to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, align on success criteria, shape the hiring strategy and co-create clear, engaging, and inclusive job descriptions that resonate with creative and digital talent across diverse markets. Identify and engage high-potential candidates using non-traditional sourcing methods, including X.com profiles, subreddits, YouTube channels, niche communities, and beyond. Co-design, coordinate, and facilitate candidate assessments—including portfolio reviews, take-home assignments, and structured interviews—to ensure a fair, tailored, and thorough evaluation process. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey, from first contact through to hire, emphasizing transparency, communication, and respect. Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of creative and operational talent across multiple geographies—including LATAM, Asia, North America and remote markets to support current and future hiring needs. Report directly to the Head of Recruitment and provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipeline status, recruitment metrics, and hiring progress. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in creative, digital, or content-driven industries and/or really strong interest and understanding of roles within content creation, design, production, and operations—paired with the ability to assess portfolios and creative output. Experience coordinating and facilitating structured interviews, facilitating assessments, and creative portfolio reviews to ensure fair and effective evaluation. Deep interest in YouTube, digital content creation, and the creator economy is essential. Deep interest in connecting with talent through non-traditional sourcing methods, especially for creative roles. In our industry, traditional sourcing channels are often limited and ineffective—so we’re looking for someone who can think creatively, go beyond LinkedIn, and tap into niche communities, platforms, and networks where top-tier creative talent actually lives. This approach is not optional; it’s essential to succeeding in the role. Proven ability to source and manage candidates across multiple regions (e.g., LATAM, North America, Asia), understanding cultural nuances and regional hiring practices. Able to clearly articulate hiring needs, candidate fit, and process updates to both internal teams and candidates with clarity and confidence. You don’t just execute instructions—you act as a strategic partner, bringing insight and perspective to shape hiring decisions and improve processes. Thrives in a remote work setup and manages asynchronous communication effectively. Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and able to stay productive without the need for close supervision. Nice To Haves: Experience in Creator-Focused Companies: Familiarity with companies like Soul Publishing, BBTV, Jellysmack, or others in the creator economy. Experience in Scriptwriting, Production, or YouTube Channel Management: Understanding of creative content production and YouTube strategies. Knowledge of LATAM or Global Hiring: Experience recruiting talent across Latin America or other international regions.
