Responsibilities Source and attract top IT talent through job boards, social media, networking, and talent pools. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Conduct interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and overall potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay current with IT trends, technologies, and competitive recruiting strategies. Work in a highly collaborative and fast‑paced startup environment, helping shape the growth of the company. Handle high‑volume recruitment, balancing multiple roles at once while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates. Qualifications 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles, ideally in a fast‑paced environment or startup setting. Strong knowledge of IT and tech industry trends, with the ability to assess technical skills and understand the hiring needs. Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top IT talent across a variety of roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and solutions architect. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset. A proactive, results‑driven attitude with the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously in a high‑demand, fast‑paced environment. Advanced English Level. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
