Business Development Representative (BDR) Argentina, Guatemala, México Horario: Lunes a viernes, 9:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. EST Objetivo del Rol Como Business Development Representative , serás un motor clave para el crecimiento de la compañía, identificando, calificando y desarrollando nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Ventas y Marketing para conectar con tomadores de decisiones y posicionar las soluciones de. Responsabilidades Generar oportunidades mediante: Cold calling (50–75 llamadas diarias) Email campaigns y seguimiento estratégico LinkedIn y redes sociales Calificar leads y agendar 15–20 reuniones mensuales con prospectos. Usar Apollo y HubSpot CRM para gestionar leads y mantener registros precisos. Colaborar con equipos internos para crear estrategias efectivas de penetración de mercado. Cumplir y superar metas mensuales de generación de leads y citas. Perfil y Habilidades Experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de negocios, generación de leads o gestión de cuentas (1–3 años). Manejo de Apollo y HubSpot CRM (requisito). Inglés fluido (nivel 9.0 a 10.0 ). Español es un plus. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Actitud proactiva, orientada a resultados y con gran capacidad de negociación. Conocimiento en servicios financieros, nómina o tecnología HR (deseable). Título universitario en Negocios, Marketing o áreas afines (preferido). Lo que ofrecemos Horario: Lunes a viernes, 9:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. EST. Modalidad: Remoto.
