Responsibilities Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records. Prepare and manage all pre‑employment documentation (welcome packs, etc.). Coordinate new‑hire orientation and ensure a smooth first‑day experience. Work with cross‑functional teams (IT, facilities, payroll) to ensure all onboarding needs are met. Follow up with new hires during the onboarding period to ensure a positive integration. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local labour laws. Collect feedback from departing employees to support ongoing improvement. Support managers in delivering exit communications with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records. Assist with HR reporting and data entry as needed. Support the HR team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks and employee queries. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and employee life‑cycle coordination. Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools considered an advantage. Fluency in English is a requirement; any additional language will be considered an advantage. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
