What You Will Do Rapidly cultivate an understanding of ExxonMobil’s businesses and relationships with senior leaders to identify critical experienced hiring needs. Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders to ensure process rigor and efficiency in attracting and acquiring the best talent. Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to deliver an efficient and polished process for hiring managers and candidates alike. About You Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience. 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions. Advanced proficiency in English; Portuguese (non‑exclusive). Experienced in independent, creative sourcing beyond LinkedIn and partnership with a sourcer. Comfortable with ambiguity, solution‑oriented and resourceful. Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability and prioritization skills. Positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Passionate about people and a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead. Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
