What You Will Do Quickly cultivate an understanding of ExxonMobil’s businesses and relationships with senior leaders to identify critical hiring needs. Be a trusted strategic advisor to leaders, ensuring process rigor and efficiency in attracting and acquiring top talent. Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies with business leaders to ensure an efficient and polished process for hiring managers and candidates. About You Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience. 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across various industries and functions. Advanced English, Portuguese (non-exclusive). Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively, and partnering with a sourcer. Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and solution-oriented. Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and prioritization skills. Positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery. High level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information. Passionate about people, natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
