Clinical Talent Recruiter (Argentina or Mexico) Location: Buenos Aires or Mexico City | Hybrid Work Model: 2 office days per month Role: Senior Recruiter – Clinical Talent Acquisition We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for clinical roles across LATAM (Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Central America), ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver results in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do Manage full‑cycle recruitment for clinical positions in LATAM. Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to hiring managers. Ensure compliance and deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience. Build strong relationships with universities and talent networks. Provide insights on market trends and compensation data. Contribute to local, regional, and global improvement projects. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field. 3–4 years of recruiting experience, including advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, social recruiting) and a track record of successfully recruiting for niche and hard‑to‑fill roles. Strong English skills and ATS knowledge (Workday experience a plus). Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills. Why Join Us?
