Responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates within LatAm. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles. Applicant Tracking: Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ethical recruiting practices.
