Together, we’re shaping a healthier, more engaged future. Responsibilities Pull up claims in the portal that need to be matched with a provider record. Pull up Tax ID number in Comment Editor and locate provider record to match claim to. Add new provider record if one is not available. Change or inactivate provider records. Look up Provider NPI on NPI Registry. Meet daily metrics of 350 claims. All other duties as assigned. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior general office and/or data entry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Accurate data entry skills (40 wpm); computer proficiency or working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Core Skills, Competencies, and Characteristics Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer orientation.
