**Responsibilities**:
**Who are you?**

The role of Provider Maintenance Specialist is primarily responsible for the daily activities of the claims processing team. They perform the claims efficiently for the clients of Virgin Pulse nad Healthcomp.

**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:

- Pull up claims in the portal that need to be matched with a provider record.
- Pull up Tax ID number in Comment Editor and locate provider record to match claim to.
- Add new provider record if one is not available.
- Change or inactivate provider records.
- Look up Provider NPI on NPI Registry.
- Meet daily metrics of 350 claims.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior general office and/or data entry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Accurate data entry skills (40 wpm); computer proficiency or working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
