(Fluent English) Technical Support Consultant (LATAM, remote) This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a (Fluent English) Technical Support Consultant in Latin America. As a Technical Support Consultant, you will provide world‑class support to customers in a dynamic, multicultural environment while working fully remotely. You will act as the first point of contact for inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless user experience. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, staying current with new technologies, and applying best practices in customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to grow your expertise in SaaS, software, and hardware solutions, while contributing directly to customer happiness and operational excellence. Your work will impact both individual users and larger organizational clients across multiple industries.
