About the Role Skyblux is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant‑Developer to help design and build custom solutions on the Salesforce Platform. This role blends hands‑on development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce for legacy maintenance) with consulting (requirements, solution design, best practices). You’ll work closely with our internal stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high‑quality Salesforce features. Language and Interview Requirements Fluency in English and Spanish is required (100% bilingual). The interview will be conducted entirely in English. Responsibilities Discovery & Design: Partner with business stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into robust technical designs (data model, security model, integration approach). Build & Configure: Implement features using Apex (classes, triggers, async patterns), Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets). Legacy UI Maintenance: Update or migrate existing Visualforce where applicable; propose modernization paths to LWC. Integrations: Design and implement integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, callouts), including error handling, retries, and monitoring. Data Operations: Perform data migration (Data Loader / CSV) and data quality tasks (upserts, deduping, transformations). Quality & Delivery: Write maintainable code with unit tests (≥75% coverage), participate in code reviews, support UAT, and prepare deployments. DevOps & Tooling (nice to have): Use Git/SFDX/CLI; experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, GitHub Actions) is a plus. Documentation & Handover: Produce clear technical documentation (solution design, deployment steps, runbooks) and provide knowledge transfer to admins/end‑users. Required Qualifications Fluent English (written and spoken) with the ability to clarify requirements and explain technical decisions to non‑technical stakeholders. 3+ years hands‑on development on the Salesforce Platform. Strong proficiency in Apex (SOQL/SOSL, triggers, asynchronous processing), Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce. Solid experience with declarative automation (Flows), profiles/permission sets, and sharing/security. Proven experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), callouts, and integration patterns. Comfortable with data migration and tools (Data Loader; CSV transformations). Strong understanding of governor limits, performance, and scalable design. Assist in the development of custom solutions on the Salesforce Platform. Solid experience developing Apex Code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Nice to Have Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud exposure is a plus but not required). SFDX, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, scratch orgs, and CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, GitHub Actions, etc.). Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator).
