1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to support the delivery, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce solutions across multiple engagements. This role is responsible for executing functional configurations, supporting implementation and managed services work, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a multi-org, multi-context environment and is motivated to grow their expertise through diverse challenges and continuous feedback. Responsibilities Configure and maintain Salesforce solutions using declarative tools across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Implement and manage Salesforce security models, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and user settings. Design, build, and maintain Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and automation to support business processes. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to meet functional and operational requirements. Support multiple concurrent initiatives, including enhancement requests, support cases, and implementation tasks across different Salesforce orgs. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to validate functional designs and ensure accurate execution of requirements. Work closely with Project Managers to manage priorities, timelines, and task execution. Assist with task coordination for Admins and Developers and review work to ensure quality and alignment with specifications. Support testing and quality assurance efforts, including configuration validation, issue troubleshooting, and resolution. Participate in knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement of delivery standards and best practices. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of hands‑on experience configuring Salesforce solutions in a functional or consulting role. Strong experience with Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, and reporting. Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation capabilities. Experience working in consulting, managed services, or environments involving multiple Salesforce orgs or stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly across different functional contexts. Strong communication, listening, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and continuously improve delivery quality. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator Certification plus two or more additional Salesforce certifications, such as: Advanced Administrator Experience Cloud Consultant AI Specialist Experience supporting Salesforce environments with ongoing support cases and enhancement workflows. Familiarity with AppExchange applications and third‑party integrations. Experience collaborating closely with cross‑functional delivery teams in fast‑paced consulting environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
