SFDC Senior Specialist Consultant Department: Aquiva Labs Employment Type: Full Time Location: Latin America Description We are looking for an SFDC Senior Specialist Consultant to support and enhance our Salesforce platform across Core, Experience Cloud/B2B Commerce, and Service operations. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on Salesforce specialist with strong skills in declarative configuration, data management, automation, and cross‑team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Configure Salesforce Core: objects, fields, relationships, record types, validation rules, page layouts, and permissions. Build and maintain advanced Flows and migrate legacy Process Builder automations. Execute mass data operations (Data Loader, Workbench) and perform data analysis using SOQL and external tools. Support B2B Commerce/Experience Cloud: price lists, products, carts, buyer profiles, catalogs, availability, and troubleshooting. Configure and optimize Omni‑Channel, queues, routing, and service workflows. Validate API integrations (Postman, REST), troubleshoot MuleSoft–Salesforce sync issues, and analyze logs. Support deployments via Change Sets, UAT testing, post‑deploy checks, and functional documentation. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical views to support business teams. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise 3–5+ years of experience working with Salesforce in admin or specialist roles. Strong declarative configuration skills across Salesforce Core and Service. Hands‑on experience with Flow Builder, Process Builder migration, and automation best practices. Strong data management: mass loads, SOQL queries, Salesforce Inspector, Excel‑based analysis. Experience with B2B Commerce/Experience Cloud configurations and issue resolution. Knowledge of REST API testing (Postman) and troubleshooting system integrations. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics to non‑technical users. Excellent problem‑solving, prioritization, and collaboration skills. Salesforce Administrator (required) Experience with Omnichannel, UAT coordination, or broader ecosystem tools (Google Sheets, dashboards). Exposure to MuleSoft integrations or multi‑cloud environments.
