Overview This role will help identify existing business processes that need to be addressed through the Infor WMS implementation cycle. The functional consultant will use the information provided by the client along with their own industry knowledge and specialization to judge the best solution for the client. The consultant is responsible for providing a consultative approach to the successful and timely implementation of WMS software solutions for Infor’s customers. The primary responsibility of the consultant is to ensure that the integration/implementation process runs smoothly from start to finish. The consultant's goal is to ensure that all identified factors are considered during implementation. The consultant will also have to identify possible gaps in the processes and the risks inherent in the implementation of the system. Day in the Life A Day In The Life Typically Includes: Implementation of software in line with best practices. Collaborating with the customer in a prescriptive manner to produce the required solution and achieve the desired outcomes. Applying functional / product knowledge in combination with industry expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. Responsible for the WMS project lifecycle. Responsibilities include but are not limited to configuring, developing, maintaining and supporting the WMS systems. The WMS Specialist will provide general maintenance and system updates on WMS software. Analyze problems to ensure their availability to users. Have a sense of urgency, a passion for customer success, a thirst for innovation, a focus on results and a sense of community. Perform consultancy and configuration of all core Infor products onsite and remotely. Exhibiting proficiency with software and software configuration. Provide analysis and recommendations to clients on project phases, milestones, and overall progress. Work independently on large and/or complex functional/technical projects. Assist Sales Team with response to RFPs. Development of standard demonstrations and supporting materials on various global demonstration environments. Understand customer’s needs and demonstrate the real impact of the project in terms of achieving customer benefit / outcomes. Basic Qualifications Experience implementing WMS and/or ERP solutions with customers. Experience working in international environments and with global customers. Full proficiency in English. WMS and Logistics high expertise with experience interacting with senior level clients/management, including presentation of complex concepts, negotiating and resolving issues. Integrations design experience, functional and technical interfaces documentation, API SOAP and REST. Experience analyzing potential improvements in the WMS implementation process and bring/create more efficient activities/solutions. Availability to travel. Preferred Qualifications Infor WMS Solution experience. Portuguese language skills. Bachelor’s degree in logistics or IT or Industrial Engineer. About Infor Infor is where ambition meets impact.
