A Day in the Life As a Digital Media Account Manager, you'll be the go‑to expert in client meetings, breaking down strategy, performance, and next steps with clarity and confidence. You'll own daily client communication, manage projects end‑to‑end, and drive strategic account planning rooted in data. You’ll manage multi‑media clients with ease, applying digital marketing best practices across every channel you touch. Strong critical thinking, clear expectation‑setting, and the ability to guide clients toward the right decisions are at the core of your day. Responsibilities Lead clients that predominantly focus on Google and Meta ads. Lead day‑to‑day client activity that drives growth, including client communication & education, project management for campaign execution, planning and thought leadership for service strategy. Monitor and analyze account activity (volumes, key performance indicators/metrics, incidents, trends, etc.) across their clients. Understand partner marketing objectives and work with cross‑functional teams at Cardinal to create innovative strategies that maximize program performance. Manage client and agency team expectations day‑in‑and‑out and clear roadblocks to success. Lead client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution, and marketing best practices. Implement project deliverables day‑to‑day; ensure deliverables are client‑ready. Role Requirements 3+ years of experience with a marketing agency managing digital programs. Experience with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources and a thorough understanding of related deliverables. Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever‑changing needs and schedules; handling multiple accounts while meeting tight deadlines. Proven project management skills with an understanding of processes and quality assurance/control. Proactive talent thriving in environments where they create new opportunities where none currently exist. Must be able to travel from time to time as required, as relationship‑building with partners is critical. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
