Account Manager / CSM
con experiencia manejando
carteras amplias de clientes
, especialmente en
empresas de servicios
, donde la comunicación, la coordinación y la experiencia del cliente son claves.

Responsabilidades principales
- Administrar una cartera amplia de clientes de manera proactiva, garantizando satisfacción, retención y crecimiento.
- Ser el nexo entre los clientes y los equipos internos (contenido, performance, CRM, operaciones).
- Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento, planificación y status (virtuales y presenciales).
- Supervisar entregables, dar seguimiento a tareas y asegurar cumplimiento de deadlines.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora, optimización y upsell dentro de cada cuenta.
- Mantener actualizado el CRM y documentar procesos con rigurosidad.
- Elaborar reportes profesionales, visuales y accionables.
Requisitos
- Experiencia comprobable como
Account Manager / Customer Success Manager
en
empresas de servicios
(ideal: agencias, consultoras, software, estudios profesionales). - Capacidad demostrable para manejar
múltiples cuentas simultáneamente
sin perder calidad. - Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Organización, orden, criterio y orientación a procesos.
- Conocimiento general de marketing digital.
- Experiencia coordinando equipos o áreas internas (creativos, editores, CM, tráfico, CRM).
- Disponibilidad para modalidad híbrida
(reuniones presenciales en Rosario y trabajo remoto).
