We’re looking for enthusiastic, fluent English speakers to join our team as Trainee Sales Development Representatives . This is a perfect role for recent graduates or anyone starting a career in sales. You’ll learn how to generate leads, build relationships, and support our sales team in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Please submit your CV in English. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings. Use CRMs to track, manage and organize sales activities. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies. Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team. Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales process. Required Skills and Qualifications Recent university graduate or 1-2 years’ experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable talking to new people. Motivated to learn and develop in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Organized, proactive and able to manage tasks and follow-ups efficiently. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
