Job Overview: We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team and help streamline our logistics processes across multiple regions. The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout Deel IT’s global supply chain. You will coordinate the transportation, delivery, and distribution of products to customers worldwide. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers. You will help optimize shipping operations, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the seamless flow of customer outbound and returns, and ensure responses are within our internal SLA. Respond to customer inquiries related to shipping, tracking, and delivery in a timely and professional manner. Handle customer complaints and issues related to collections and deliveries. Manage the end-to-end process for device repairs and warranties. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline operations. Prepare shipping documents and labels through carrier software, ensuring local customs compliance regulations are adhered to. Assist with organizing shipments, both domestic and international. Monitor shipments to ensure seamless delivery. Liaise with carriers to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance of shipments. Maintain accurate records of all shipment documentation. Ensure all customs invoices for international shipments are fully compliant for export and re-import. Anticipate, identify, and resolve problems that could delay shipment releases or movement, ensuring government/customs compliance at all times. Open investigations and submit claims with carriers (lost in transit, damage in transit, non-receipt cases) and manage the process end-to-end. Assist with other tasks/projects assigned by the Global Logistics Manager. About you Minimum of 4 years in logistics, shipping, import/export or a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment. A strong organizer, efficient worker who is detail-orientated. Experience with carrier software is a plus; MS programs, G Suite, Slack, and general computer literacy are essential. Knowledge of international customs laws/regulations and export compliance policies, documentation and processes is advantageous. Understanding of customs documentation and procedures is essential.
