Supervisar y gestionar la correcta ejecución de los 5Ps en los puntos de compra, liderando el proceso de seguimiento continuo del mercado, identificando oportunidades y áreas de mejora en el RTM con la fuerza de ventas de los distribuidores e implementando programas para la correcta ejecución de los pilares de la ejecución MDLZ. La posición está directamente relacionada con la venta de nuestras marcas en cada uno de los canales en su región de mercado asignada. What extra ingredients you will bring: Supervisar y monitorear, dedicando el 80% del tiempo en el campo, dando coaching a los vendedores del Distribuidor, evaluando su gestión de ventas, para asegurar que se cuente con las personas adecuadas, con el entrenamiento adecuado, maximizando el potencial de la fuerza de ventas. Implementación y monitoreo de dinámicas promocionales y lanzamientos, asegurando la presentación, motivación del equipo y evaluación de la implementación de mejoras, para asegurar un excelente desempeño en el campo. Asegurar procesos en el TD de: ventas, mantener inventarios óptimos para cumplir con las cuotas de ventas asignadas por territorio y canal. Responsable de supervisar los programas de implementación y la implementación del material POP para la correcta ejecución de los 5Ps en todos los puntos de compra de acuerdo con las directrices establecidas y negociadas entre MDLZ y el distribuidor. Búsqueda continua de oportunidades de capacitación en exhibición en cada tienda, implementación de programas y expositores, implementación correcta de promociones y precios, etc. Es responsable de entrenar a los supervisores de venta del Distribuidor estableciendo y monitoreando KPIs, mantener reuniones 1-1, reuniones de grupo, haciendo visitas al campo, etc. Asegurar la planificación y el equilibrio de ruta de la fuerza de ventas del distribuidor. Supervisión de KPIs de Operaciones de Ventas: Avances de SO / Cobertura / Ventas Dashboards / PS Surveys, dando visibilidad constante de los principales KPIs de ventas y ejecución al distribuidor. Brindar continua retroalimentación a su manager y el resto de áreas de soporte (Category Planning, Sales Operations) sobre las actividades de la compañía y la competencia, siempre en la búsqueda de nuevas ideas para acelerar el crecimiento de nuestras categorías y marcas. Education / Certifications: Licenciatura en Negocios, Marketing, Economía o campos afines . Job specific requirements: Al menos 4 o 5 años de experiencia en el departamento de ventas, en la industria de productos de consumo, gestión de distribuidores externos en posiciones comerciales de empresas multinacionales. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en la gestión de equipos (vendedores, distribuidores). Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en su área geográfica específica. Capacidad de presentar información a la gerencia de alto nivel de una manera concisa y persuasiva. Dispuesto a desafiar y cuestionar. Experiencia en el manejo de situaciones complejas. Capacidad para manejar adecuadamente los temas financieros de negocio (P & L, Presupuesto, Inversión Comercial). Fuertes habilidades en ventas y negociación. Licenciatura en Negocios, Marketing, Economía o campos afines (grado preferido). Habilidades: Proactividad Liderazgo Autosuficiencia Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, y escucha.
