Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para sumarse como Account Executive - Farmer a nuestro equipo comercial El objetivo de la posición será impulsar el crecimiento del negocio, generando nuevas oportunidades comerciales. Principales responsabilidades: Impulsar el desarrollo de cuentas activas , maximizando el revenue y fortaleciendo relaciones de confianza a largo plazo con nuestros clientes. Gestionar y hacer crecer la cartera asignada , asegurando un acompañamiento cercano, estratégico y orientado a resultados. Generar nuevas oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling en productos como Clasificados, Hiring Room y Selecta , garantizando renovaciones y potenciando el crecimiento sostenido de la cartera. ¿Qué esperamos del perfil? Buscamos a alguien con actitud, mirada estratégica e iniciativa, mentalidad activa y proactiva, que pueda desenvolverse con autonomía, resolver desafíos con creatividad y proponer nuevas formas de llegar al cliente. Que sepa conectar con las personas, con seguridad en sí mismo/a y la capacidad de adaptarse a nuevas situaciones con optimismo. Foco en las soluciones, visualización del éxito y que sepa aprovechar al máximo cada oportunidad de negocio, desde la prospección hasta el cierre, dando lo mejor de sí en cada interacción con el cliente. Para eso necesitamos que cuentes con: Experiencia previa en roles comerciales o de desarrollo de negocio. Buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales, capacidad de escucha y negociación. Excelente nivel de comunicación oral y escrita. Perfil dinámico, independiente y con foco en resultados. Estudiante o graduado/a de carreras afines a negocios, marketing, comunicación o afines (deseable). Beneficios El lugar de trabajo es en nuestras oficinas que se encuentran en Parque Patricios .
