You will directly support the President and Controller. Experience with ERP systems and pivot tables is key to success in this position. Job Responsibilities: Provides financial information daily, weekly and monthly to management by researching and analyzing accounting data. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Prepares reconciliations in monthly close investigating financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Amazon and eBay experience a plus. Enters transactions for vendors (Accounts Payable), customers (Accounts Receivable), banking and inbound shipments. Interacts with vendors (domestic and international) and customers on questions. Allocation of landed costs experience is a plus. Monitors general accounting inbox and responds to senders. Recommends financial actions by analyzing results. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.7 day close. Submission of weekly bank funding requests and monthly reporting under ABL. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements via wire and check. Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. Qualifications / Skills: Accounting Reporting Skills Attention to Detail Deadline-Oriented GAAP Rules Confidentiality Time Management Data Entry Management General Math Skills Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance required Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance Dynamics 365 Business Central experience or similar ERP system a plus Experience with financial reporting requirements Experience in working with multiple legal entities and different currencies #J-18808-Ljbffr
