Senior Manager Indirect Tax (IDT) KPMG is seeking a strategic business leader to join as the Senior Manager Indirect Tax (IDT). This critical role focuses on overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of IDT services in the region—driving innovation, operational efficiency, and outstanding client experience. Key Responsibilities - Lead the IDT business strategy and oversee the implementation of new solutions in coordination with global leaders. - Build and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring high service quality and satisfaction. - Champion continuous improvement, process standardization, and technology adoption. - Oversee profitability, pricing strategy, revenue plans, and commercial growth of the IDT solution. - Ensure effective integration between client management and service delivery teams. - Shape and support capability development across the team and foster a high-performance culture. - Contribute to location and productivity strategy. - Have strong exposure to indirect taxes. - Have client service experience with demonstrated client centrism. - Fluent Spanish speaker, and strong written and spoken English language skills. - Proven leadership experience in professional services or tax advisory. - Strong background in regional or multinational delivery and process transformation. - Familiarity with tax technology and innovation in service delivery models. - Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen. Requirements - Flexibility to work at least 3 days per week, and periodically up to 5 days per week based on client requirements or future policy changes.
