Key Responsibilities Lead full‑cycle accounting for multiple client entities, including month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close. Review and prepare financial statements, management reports, and reconciliations. Supervise, mentor, and train offshore accounting team members. Develop and maintain client budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll reconciliations, and general ledger processes. Support inventory management, cost accounting, and order fulfillment cycles. Conduct variance analyses and assist with operational and manufacturing finance as needed. Apply advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting, prepaid/deferred expenses, and fixed assets. Partner with tax advisors to support compliance and filings (C Corp, S Corp, LLC). Coordinate documentation for sales tax, franchise tax, R&D credits, and 1099/W‑9 reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven background as a seasoned accounting professional with strong technical and managerial expertise. Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and full‑cycle accounting practices. Demonstrated success in managing and developing distributed or offshore teams. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, and formulas). Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Preferred Qualifications CPA or CMA certification. Experience with multi‑entity, international, or manufacturing clients. Familiarity with automation tools or systems integration.
