About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to oversee our SDR function and help drive top‑of‑funnel growth for our sales organization. You’ll lead a small but mighty team of SDRs focused on generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. You’ll be both a hands‑on player and a coach , setting strategy, refining processes, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the team hits and exceeds pipeline goals. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of 2 SDRs, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development. Set daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets aligned with company goals. Refine outreach strategies and messaging to improve response and conversion rates. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead generation and handoff processes. Analyze KPIs and develop reports to track SDR productivity and pipeline quality. Continuously improve prospecting workflows, tools, and data hygiene. Contribute to building a high‑performance, data‑driven sales culture. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, in the tech industry for Staff Augmentation/Software Development services for US companies. 1+ year in a leadership or mentoring role (Team Lead, Senior SDR, or similar). Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques and tools (HubSpot, Ampelmarket, buzz.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Data‑driven mindset and ability to manage by metrics. Fluent English (C1+) written and spoken. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
