Program Support Specialist As a Program Support Specialist, you will manage relationships with partners and marketplace vendors, expand certified partners, ensure successful delivery of partners’ services, and maintain client satisfaction. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and manage events end‑to‑end, including vendor sourcing and client management. Prospect new partners and strategic partners for bundled products. Negotiate terms and prices with partners and providers. Onboard new partners and serve as main point of contact for the marketplace. Ensure partners’ products and services are fulfilled and meet client expectations. Lead co‑marketing campaigns and coordinate partnership‑related projects with different teams. Register and track documents; update CRM and Trello boards. Research market opportunities and produce comprehensive analysis and reports. Pre‑Requisites Strong experience in event planning and managing full event lifecycle. Client relationship management experience. Platform training for partners experience. Knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion. Supplier sourcing and cost negotiation skills. Market trend analysis and competitor insights. Lead generation experience. Excellent communication and deadline‑execution ability. Fluent English and ability to work across time zones. Computer and mobile phone usage. Experience with HubSpot or similar tools.
