Marketing Operations Manager Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina Maxio is a PE‑backed software business that helps B2B SaaS companies unlock their next stage of growth. Our financial operations platform is designed to meet the unique challenges of B2B SaaS companies, including billing, subscription management, revenue, and expense recognition. It also provides investor‑grade SaaS operating metrics and analytics. Today, Maxio serves more than 2,000 customers and processes over $13B in revenue. We are hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to make our marketing engine reliable, measurable, and scalable so the team can ship faster with confidence. Responsibilities Lead the marketing operations day‑to‑day with an external vendor, owning campaign execution, lead‑flow orchestration, top‑of‑funnel KPI reporting, and MarTech strategy. Partner with Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales, and BDRs to map ideal MOPs processes, build the automations that support campaigns, and keep reporting front‑and‑center. Enable the marketing team to run multi‑channel campaigns with reliable data and processes. Work with existing marketing operations partners to ensure the highest standards of execution as they create and maintain form handlers, nurture programs, emails, and templates. Document MOPs processes and advocate thoughtful, well‑managed change. Design and build automation for campaign and initiative goals using traditional marketing automation systems and modern tools; serve as the primary Pardot (MCAE) admin, including email compliance and database management. Qualifications 3+ years experience in marketing operations in the B2B space (SaaS preferred). Hands‑on administration of a major marketing automation platform (Pardot preferred). Salesforce experience as a marketing user, building reports and dashboards. Experience managing other MarTech tools (Dreamdata, GA4, GTM, Zapier, Clay, etc.). Tracking and presenting campaign results. Experience with a B2B lead generation process, including lead stages. Knowledge of campaign management from a process and automation perspective. HTML and CSS basics (deep experience with emails and landing pages). Advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills (or other programming languages) – bonus. Hands‑on experience building workflows that utilize AI. Email deliverability best practices (sender reputation, IP/domain warm‑up, feedback loops). Desired Traits Up‑to‑date on the latest tools, tactics, and strategies in marketing and go‑to‑market teams. Strong data analysis skills to inform decisions. Enjoy collaborating on marketing processes to drive better outcomes. Familiar with multi‑touch attribution models, their best practices, and can articulate pros and cons. Detail‑oriented while also seeing the big picture; not afraid to ask questions. Believes in thorough documentation and improves SOPs, naming conventions, and checklists.
